Ram Reconditioning Workshop
Here at Sentex Hydraulix we have our own In-house workshop specialising in the manufacture and re-conditioning of hydraulic rams. We have repaired thousands of rams over the years and we do so to the highest of standards of precision and cleanliness. We can manufacture individual components or a complete ram and we always aim to be as cost effective as possible. To keep downtime to a minimum we also stock a large range of chrome rod at various sizes.
We never ‘fix’ a ram. Replacing one seal or cleaning up a damaged or bent rod is always a false economy. Sooner or later one of the other seals will fail and then you’ll have to strip it all down again. We always change the full set of seals and every ram is fully tested on our test bench before it leaves the workshop for full peace of mind. We can also repair and test other hydraulic equipment such as jacks and lifting cylinders and provide test certificates if needed.

We manufacture quality hose assemblies while you wait up to 2" bore using Manuli's compact hose range for excellent performance and long life. We stock over 200 different possible hose inserts on the shelf so you don’t have to wait.

If we don’t have the item in stock we can usually source it for first thing the next day. We can also deliver to site locally if required. Just contact us to arrange.

Seals Matched to Pattern
We are able to identify and supply a massive range of hydraulic and pneumatic seals from stock or on a next day basis. Our experience in repair and manufacture of hydraulic rams in our in-house workshop means we know our seals inside out. We can match by dimensions or part number if you know what you have but it’s always best to bring it down to us and we’ll match it up for you. If we haven’t got it in stock we can have it next morning!
We can also have special seals made to pattern. Sometimes manufacturers make seals to odd sizes or they are no longer available any more. In these cases we can have them specially made to your requirements. These can sometimes take up to two days but often it is next day.

Hot and Cold Pressure Washers
As well as stocking a range of Kranzle pressure washers and being an authorised service centre, we supply a wide range of accessories for hot and cold wash down equipment.
We keep a large selection of ready-made hoses on the shelf too so you can get back to the job in hand quickly.
