Firstly select 'Yes' when asked if you are a Credit Account Customer and click 'Next'
Please enter your unique Customer Access Code and click 'View My Repairs' to access your list of current jobs within our workshop. This code should have been emailed to you, if not please use the button below to request it.
If you have forgotten your unique customer code please click the button below, fill out the requested infomation and we will send it to the saved email address on file.

When booking your job in you should have been given a Sentex Job Number and Access Code - please enter these details in and click 'View My Repair'.
If you have forgotten either your Sentex Job Number or Access Code, please click the button below, fill out the requested infomation and we will contact you with the details.
Once you have logged in you will be presented with an overview of all jobs you currently have booked in with us, showing the following information;
Sentex Job ID - This can be used to identify your job within our system/workshop and should be quoted if you have any queries.
Job Title - Name given to the item
Repair Type - This helps you identify what the item is
Date Received - Date we received the item
Status - Current status of the item within the repair process
Repair Stages - Please see below for each repair stage and it's corresponding number.
1 - DROP OFF & BOOKED IN
- item has been booked into our system.
2 - ASSESSMENT
- item has been stripped and assessed
3 - REPORT AND QUOTE
- this is a two part stage;
ORANGE
Report complete and quotation sent - awaiting customer approvalGREEN
Customer approved - order number givenPlease note repair will not proceed passed this point until approval given
4 - REPAIR / FABRICATION
- item is currently with our engineer or machinist being repaired as per the quotation
5 - TESTING & COLLECTION
- this is also a two part stage;
ORANGE
Item has been tested and awaiting collectionGREEN
6 - INVOICING & COMPLETION
- once we have created the invoice for the work this stage will be shown as completed
This page will show you more details and images relating to each job you have in with us, as well as a clear indication as to what stage along the process it is.
ORDER NUMBER - you can choose to give an order number or reference if you wish, if not then this box will show as QUOTE REQUIRED.
ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE - at the time of booking in your job we will aim to give you an estimated completion date. Depending on what work is required or other factors this date may change but we do strive to let you know in if this happens.
PHOTOS - we photograph different stages of the repair process including arrival, any damage and completion. If you click on the photo thumbnail it will allow you to see a larger image.
Please use this contact form to ask us anything you want to know about your workshop job. You will need to note your job number which will take the format of S0000 and can be found within your List of Repairs section.
