We pride ourselves on offering a fast and efficent reconditioning service and will try, at the point of your cylinder being brought into us, give you an estimated completion date.
We will always ask our customer the urgency and try to work to this deadline as best we can. Keeping such a vast chrome rod and honed tube stock, along with huge amounts of seals on the shelf certainly helps us to keep your downtime to a minimum.
Once we have stripped and assess your cylinder we will issue you with an official quotation - this is our recommend repair option to which our 6 month warranty is given.
On some occasions customers will request for only part of the repair to be completed which wouldn't allow our warranty to be applied.
